  • You can register on the application only after entering your Registration Data which includes your name and phone number.

  • Is my medical information kept confidential and secure?
  • Yes, as per HIPPA compliance being fully compliant with the privacy and security rules by using cloud-based services.

  • Are the practitioners licensed and qualified in their respective fields?
  • Yes, all doctors on our panel are certified by PMDC and are categorized as general physicians.

  • What are the available modes of communication with the doctors?
  • You can schedule an audio/chat/video consultation with the chosen doctor as per your convenience.

  • What are the payment options?
  • You can use checking, savings, debit or credit cards, online wallets, and other digital payment methods to pay for your appointments.

  • Is there any service fee that applies to online payments?
  • No, there is no additional service fee charged apart from the stated amount of a health card.

  • Do I get a refund in case of cancellation?
  • Refunds (valid as per customer experience policy) of consultation fee will only be made in the form of Healthline mobile application credits to purchase another appointment in case of valid, eligible cases.

  • What is the difference between the different cards which are offered?
  • The difference lies in the pricing and duration of their validity i.e., ranging from 30 days – 1-year card.

  • Do I have to make an appointment prior to a consultation?
  • Against every Doctor listed in the application, you get an option to Book an Appointment and receive a consultation. When you choose this option, you choose to schedule a video/audio/chat session with the doctor through technological services provided by HealthLine.
